Great location near presidential palace and downtown shopping area. Clean room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Convenient access to subway and downtown area.

Central location.

Lots of street noise. Wifi does not work in room, only in lobby. I notice that many people who stay in Chilean hotels report that despite promised room wifi service, it typically does not work. This hotel is no exception.

perfect place for a 7-night stay. booked twin room, that included a minibar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and a writing desk. the downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. there was imparcial nearby to grab something to eat.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown. This makes it super convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. We loved being able to walk to all the main attractions and have easy access to the subway. The staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The service here was top-notch, from the housekeeping to the front desk. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. We especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as it made for a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. we were very impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.

Although this venue had many great qualities, we would have liked to see a bit more variety in the breakfast options. It became a bit repetitive after a few days.

It is on Santiago's downtown, close to a historical quarter and La Moneda; there is no other 4 stars hotel nearby. Rooms and bathrooms are all right, with enough place.

The system was not working and they had some problem to decide wherther a room was free or not at my arrival. The hotel taxi's service does not work at all; they seemed to have two cabs working for the hotel. I waited more than 15 min. For a cab and when the first one arrived, the driver decided to take a later trip which was longer, nobody knew where the second taxi was and I had to go out and get a taxi on the street (which I may have done 20 min. Before if they had informed me properly).

I particularly enjoyed my stay here due to the hotel's convenient location right next to the metro and in the heart of the city centre. Being in the downtown area meant that I was close to many great shopping areas. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, as it was conveniently located near the city's subway station and other key attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, which allowed me to rest well after a long day of work. The breakfast was also abundant and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Although the staff was courteous, there were some communication issues due to a language barrier. the internet connection wasn't reliable, which made it difficult to work from the room.

Dirty, Outdated Rooms and Poor Facilities Unfortunately, despite the great location and pleasant staff, the hotel was a bit of a letdown. the rooms were quite dirty and outdated, in need of a serious remodeling.

Located on a busy boulevard in the older part of town, this hotel is very close to the city center and the airport bus station, making it a convenient choice for visitors. Guests appreciate the friendly staff and the breakfast buffet, as well as the free computer use in the lobby.

The worn-out carpets in the lobby and the outdated decor in the rooms can detract from the overall experience.
